Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 17 Sep, 2026
Welcome to Globetrove. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the website globetrove.co, operated by VMRC Overseas. By accessing this website and booking our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1. Legal Identity & Agreement
Globetrove is a premier travel brand managed by VMRC Overseas, a legally registered entity based in New Delhi. By booking a Domestic Tour Package with us, you enter into a binding agreement with VMRC Overseas. Confirmation of any booking is only valid upon receipt of the initial deposit and issuance of a formal confirmation voucher.
2. Booking & Financial Policy
- All tour prices are subject to real-time availability of hotel inventory and transport logistics.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment of the specified token amount.
- The remaining balance must be settled as per the schedule provided in your itinerary. Failure to complete payments may result in the cancellation of the booking under our standard refund rules.
Customization Note
We specialize in Customized India Tours (Agra, Jaipur, and beyond). Any changes requested after the finalization of the itinerary may incur additional service charges based on local vendor policies.
3. Travel Documentation
It is the traveler's responsibility to carry original Government-issued Photo ID proofs (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or DL). For certain restricted areas in India (e.g., portions of Sikkim or Ladakh), specific permits may be required, which our New Delhi office will help facilitate in advance.
4. Professional Liability
While we work with verified partners, VMRC Overseas acts as a professional facilitator. We shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by:
- Natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
- Technical delays in transport or airline schedules.
- Any third-party services not directly under our management.
5. Behavioral & Conduct Policy
We promote responsible tourism. Globetrove reserves the right to terminate the journey of any traveler whose behavior is found to be illegal, disruptive, or harmful to others, without any obligation for a refund.
